I'm a small-town guy with a big-city longing. I need to get the hell out of Hardeeville, South Carolina. I go to a school where my fellow classmates ask me if a rectangle is "one of these thingies *tries to make a rectangle with fingers*". I'm tired of being associated with the word "redneck". Do you honestly think someone who has all of their teeth and reads Nabokov is a redneck?
I do the sudoku whenever I get around to it. I'm totally in love with peach drinks, especially Tropicana's Peach Papaya. I've been to Europe; Italy, France, and Spain. I wish I could go back. That was the stuff. Cathedrals galore, fresh air, shootin' the shit.
This year, I'm going to apply for Simon's Rock College of Bard under the Acceleration to Excellence program. This is my chance to get out of here. I will have to suffer through the entire junior year of high school...But if I got accepted, I wouldn't have to work lunchroom! Sweet.
